Shipping Policy
For Standard and Free Delivery please allow 1 to 4 business days to process an order and additional time in transit. Standard delivery orders will be processed in order they received. If the customer accepts promotional offers for free shipping during checkout please note that LA LASHES CENTER reserves the right to cancel that offer on extremely large and heavy orders (rare). Orders placed on Friday, weekends or national holidays will be processed on Monday or the following business day. You can view your shipping rate by going to checkout and entering your billing and shipping information during the first step of checkout. You DO NOT have to place your order or enter your credit card number in order to view your shipping rate.
For Rushed Delivery, orders received by 3 PM Eastern Time Monday to Friday will be processed that same day (for in-stock products only). Orders recieved after that time will be processed the next business day. If the product is backordered the customer will be notified.
PO, APO AND FPO BOXES
All packages sent via US Postal Services. Orders will usually arrive within 7 business days (for in-stock items only).
HAWAII, ALASKA AND PUERTO RICO
There are NO Flat rates or Promotional Free Shipping for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, customers must pay shipping fees in full. There are times when our system lets customers apply promotional offers during checkout. Customers will be contacted via e-mail or by phone to collect additional shipping fees. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
FOREIGN ORDERS
LALASHESCENTER.com makes delivery to Canada. All deliveries to Canada are sent by USPS, which takes about 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind that sometimes there are delays at Canadian customs, and the delivery of the order may not reach the recipient on time.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased from lalashescenter.com, you may return it within 7 days of the date it was received and receive a refund in accordance with this Policy. When you receive your order, please check to make sure the items are in good condition, and let us know right away if there is a problem with your shipment. Any claims for damaged items or missing items must be received within 7 business days of receipt of your package.
Please include your name, address, email address, daytime phone number and reason for return. Items can only be returned for refund or credit if they have no signs of wear and tear, are in original packaging, and have all original tags still attached.

All Claims Must Be Made Within 7 Days from receipt of the package. We will provide a pre-paid return label if a mistake was made on our end. If Return is made for any other reason (change of mind, dislike the color, ext.), the customer will be responsible for shipping the items back to our facility.
Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error (for example, if we sent the wrong item). Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the receipt date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) in the same form as the original payment type. In the event the following conditions are not met, LA LASHES CENTER reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to charge a 20% restocking fee of the original invoice amount or to refuse the return.

Items must be purchased on the LA LASHES CENTER online store at: LALASHESCENTER.com
Items must be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt.
Items and packaging must be returned in new condition and not damaged.
Packaging must include all original items, manuals, etc.
The return shipment has to have sufficient postage otherwise the shipment will be returned to sender.
Return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sale receipt.
Return shipment must be insured and in a padded envelope or package.
In case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier.
Some item does not accept any reason to return or refund, please confirm and order.
Cancelation or Shipping Change
Once any order is placed it goes into our automated fulfillment system and is processed usually the same day. You may return the product under our return policy. Once you submit an order you can no longer change shipping or billing options. If you wish to change any provided information please contact our customer service.
