Before applying eyelash extension primer, wash away makeup with oil-free makeup remover or soap and water. Then, apply a small amount of primer onto 2 disposable microfiber brushes for eyelash extensions. Place one underneath lashes and one on top of lashes, and glide primer up to cleanse. Make sure lashes are completely dry before applying eyelash extensions. 
It’s Best For Dry climates and/or dry to normal natural lashes.
